How these inputs affect this pattern

Use the notes below to understand which measurements shape the draft, which options change construction, and what should be measured again when values conflict. Presets are starting points; the submitted values drive the result.

Included

Vent or slit detail with seam, fold and hem guides

The export includes the cut outline, stitch line, fold line, opening guide, hem fold, seam allowance labels, measurement labels, and a 5 × 5 cm test square for print checking.

Measurements

Opening length, vent width, fold, hem and seam allowances

Opening length controls how high the vent or slit extends. Vent width and fold allowance control the overlap or turn-back, while hem and seam allowances must match the skirt or dress construction.

Styles

Center back vent, side slit or kick pleat

A center back vent supports fitted skirts, a side slit gives a cleaner opening on a side seam, and a kick pleat adds a wider movement detail with more structure at the hem.
