Privacy Policy

How we handle your data while using Nastix Patterns.

Data controller

The controller responsible for this website is Dmytro Zozulia, a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП Зозуля Дмитро Васильович), operating Nastix Patterns. Privacy requests can be sent to nastix.design@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We may collect basic usage information, browser data, and measurement inputs required for generating sewing patterns. We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

How we use information

Your data is used to improve the builder experience, generate pattern outputs, maintain technical stability, and improve the overall quality of the platform.

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep the builder working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and to deliver and personalize advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may stop working correctly if you do.

Advertising

This website is being connected to Google AdSense. When ad serving is active, Google and approved advertising partners may process cookies, device identifiers and visit information according to the choices available in the applicable consent message. Visitors can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings and read how Google uses information from partner sites at Google’s partner-sites policy. Advertising storage is denied by default until an appropriate consent signal permits it.

Third-party services

Beyond advertising, some services such as analytics, hosting, or payment-related tools may use third-party providers. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Visitors can use browser controls, Google Ads Settings and, where displayed, the certified Google European regulations message. Contact us for a privacy request that cannot be completed through those controls.

Contact

If you have privacy-related questions, you can contact us at nastix.design@gmail.com, through the project contact page, or through the broader Nastix Design platform.

Measurement inputs and browser sessions

The generators need the measurements and settings you submit in order to calculate previews and files. Related values may be kept in the current browser session so that the next workflow step can reuse them. The site does not require an account, does not publish these values, and does not intentionally use body measurements to build advertising profiles.

Closing a session, clearing site data, or replacing measurements in another generator can remove or overwrite those working values. Do not enter names, contact details, health information or other personal notes into measurement fields.

Technical logs and analytics

Like most hosted websites, the service may process request time, requested URL, IP address, browser or device information, response status and error diagnostics for security, reliability and abuse prevention. If analytics is enabled, aggregated visit and interaction data helps identify broken pages and understand which tools are useful.

Analytics and advertising storage remain denied by default in the page configuration until an applicable consent signal permits them. Browser settings, consent controls and Google advertising settings provide additional choices.

Advertising consent management

For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, personalized Google advertising requires a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Nastix Patterns uses the European regulations message configured through Google AdSense Privacy & messaging when that advertising service is active.

That message provides consent and management choices based on region and configuration. You can revisit the choices through the privacy controls supplied by the Google message. If the certified message is unavailable, advertising storage remains denied by the site’s default consent configuration.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, security, analytics and advertising providers may process technical data in countries other than the visitor’s own. Google’s linked policies explain its processing and available controls. Other providers are used only as needed to operate and protect the service.

Retention and security

Working session values are retained only as long as needed for the browser workflow or until the relevant cookie or session data is cleared. Server and security logs may be retained for operational periods appropriate to troubleshooting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We do not promise that internet transmission is risk-free, but we limit the information requested by the generators and use HTTPS in production.

Children and sensitive information

The tools are intended for general sewing and educational use and are not designed to collect information from children. A parent, guardian or teacher should supervise use where required. Do not submit sensitive personal data through generator fields or ordinary support email.

Policy changes

We update this policy when the data flow, providers, consent system or available rights change. Material changes will be reflected in the text and updated date on this page. Questions or rights requests can be sent to the published contact address.
