Terms of Use
Basic rules for using Nastix Patterns.
Pattern Accuracy and Fit
Patterns generated by Nastix Patterns are drafting assistance tools, not guaranteed ready-made industrial patterns.
Users are responsible for checking measurements, print scale, seam allowances, creating test garments, and verifying fit before final production.
Using the platform
Nastix Patterns is provided as an online tool for educational, personal, and professional sewing pattern drafting. By using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.
Generated patterns
Pattern outputs are generated based on the measurements and settings you provide. Final fit, print scale, seam allowances, and garment construction should always be checked through test fitting and practical sewing adjustments.
Availability
We may improve, change, or temporarily suspend parts of the platform without prior notice as the project evolves and new features are added.
Liability
Nastix Patterns provides tools and guidance, but final garment construction decisions remain the responsibility of the user. We do not guarantee perfect fit in every individual case.
Service operator
Nastix Patterns is operated by Dmytro Zozulia, a Ukrainian sole proprietor (ФОП Зозуля Дмитро Васильович), within the Nastix Design ecosystem. The published project email is the contact channel for notices and questions about these terms.
Your measurements and inputs
You are responsible for entering measurements in the units requested by the form and for checking that circumferences, lengths, ease values and construction allowances describe the intended project. A technically correct calculation cannot correct an inaccurate measurement, a misplaced decimal point, or inches entered into a centimetre field.
Presets are practical starting combinations, not size certifications or promises of a particular fit. You may change any exposed setting and should review the resulting geometry before export.
Licence to use generated files
You may use files generated from your own inputs for personal sewing, teaching, sampling, client work and the production of garments. You may modify the downloaded SVG or paper pattern for a project.
You may not present the Nastix Patterns website, generator interface, explanatory articles or source code as your own service; scrape and republish the content as a competing library; or use automated access that disrupts the platform. These terms do not transfer ownership of the website, software, branding or editorial content.
No professional or production certification
Generated output is drafting assistance. It is not a certified industrial pattern, grading service, safety standard, or substitute for a professional patternmaker when a project requires production tolerances, regulatory compliance or repeat manufacturing.
Before using valuable fabric or producing multiple garments, verify the scale marker, compare critical seam lengths and finished circumferences, review grainlines and allowances, and sew an appropriate sample. The user controls fabric choice, machinery, construction order and final quality.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to standards bodies, educational resources, vector editors, advertising controls and other third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link is provided for context and does not mean that the third party certifies or endorses a generated pattern.
Intellectual property reports
If you believe material on Nastix Patterns infringes your rights, email the published contact address with the URL, a description of the work, the basis of your claim and a reliable way to contact you. We will review sufficiently detailed notices and correct or remove material when appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when generators, export formats, advertising or privacy practices change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means that the current terms apply to later activity.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the generators or downloaded output.
