Front, back and straight waistband
The download contains separate front and back leg pieces, a straight waistband, waist darts when selected, seam and hem allowances, grainlines, knee and hip guides, and a 5 × 5 cm print test square.
Step 1
Choose a pants preset and adjust the body, length, ease, and construction settings.
This pants pattern is a calculated base draft based on the measurements and settings you enter.
Always sew a test garment, check crotch depth, seat fit, waist position, and leg balance before cutting final fabric.
Measure where the waistband should sit, not necessarily the narrowest body point.
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat.
Use the vertical distance from waist level to crotch level for the basic block.
Measure from crotch level to the desired hem.
Use finished circumference targets for the leg shape.
Increase ease for relaxed or wide-leg fits; reduce cautiously only after a test garment.
Before generating
Use the notes below to understand which measurements shape the draft, which options change construction, and what should be measured again when values conflict. Presets are starting points; the submitted values drive the result.

Waist and hips control the upper block; rise and inseam establish the crotch level and leg length. Knee and hem circumferences determine the finished leg shape.
Presets provide practical ease and leg-width starting points. Every value remains editable, so the pattern is recalculated from your measurements rather than scaled from a fixed size.
