Step 1

Measurements

Enter sleeve measurements

Choose a sleeve type, fill in arm measurements, and adjust sleeve settings.

Important fit note

This sleeve block is a drafting guide based on your measurements and selected settings.

We strongly recommend making a test version and checking sleeve fit and armhole compatibility before cutting final fabric.

Choose a standard size as a starting point, then adjust the values if needed.

How these inputs affect this pattern

Use the notes below to understand which measurements shape the draft, which options change construction, and what should be measured again when values conflict. Presets are starting points; the submitted values drive the result.

Included

One-piece sleeve with construction guides

The export contains a complete symmetrical sleeve piece with sleeve-cap and underarm seams, grainline, bicep and elbow guides, hem line, selected allowances, notches, and a 5 × 5 cm print test square.

Measurements

Arm length, bicep, wrist, elbow and cap height

Arm length and wrist set the lower sleeve; bicep plus ease controls upper-arm room. Elbow length positions the guide, while cap height controls the height and curvature of the sleeve head.

Options

Long, relaxed, short or cap sleeve

Presets provide practical starting values for length, ease, and cap shape. Each measurement remains editable, so the sleeve is recalculated instead of scaled from a fixed-size pattern.
