What to include in a support request

A precise report lets us reproduce a generator problem instead of guessing. Please do not send sensitive personal information or photographs unless they are essential to the question.

• The generator name and the page URL where the issue occurred.
• The selected preset, relevant measurements, and expected result.
• The export format—browser preview, SVG, copyshop PDF, or tiled A4 PDF—and the device or browser used.
• For printing issues, the measured size of the 5 × 5 cm test square and whether printing was set to 100% or actual size.

Generator and pattern questions

We can investigate calculation errors, missing labels, unexpected curves, export failures, or instructions that are unclear. We cannot confirm an individual garment fit from measurements alone: posture, asymmetry, fabric, construction and personal preference require a toile or fitting sample.

If a generated file looks wrong, keep the entered values and describe the first point where the preview differs from what you expected. That gives us a reproducible case and helps distinguish an input mistake from a drafting or rendering defect.

Privacy, copyright, and accessibility

Use the same email for privacy requests, copyright concerns, accessibility problems, or reports of misleading content. State the page involved and the action you want us to review. Privacy requests may require enough information to identify the relevant correspondence or browser session, but never send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or unrelated medical information.

Nastix Patterns does not sell patterns through this support address and will never ask for payment credentials by email. Files generated on the site are downloaded directly from the browser workflow.

Project identity and response channel

Nastix Patterns is an independent part of the Nastix Design ecosystem. The public support mailbox is currently shared across related projects, which is why its address does not use the nastix-patterns.com domain. Requests about this site should include “Nastix Patterns” in the subject so they can be routed correctly.

Email is the official support channel currently published by the project. We review useful bug reports and content corrections, but response time can vary and we cannot promise individual sewing or fitting consultation.
